Grappling with land law...

So no, I have NOT had a great evening.
On the other hand, was listening to Virgin Radio and something that has never happened to me before suddenly occured: THREE of my favorite songs were played in a row. 'Africa' by Toto, 'Streets of Philadelphia' by Bruce Springsteen and then to complete the triple whammy 'End of the innocence' by Don Henley. I haven't really been listening to Virgin but dammn, they are doing enough to win me over.
Only on radio (This was 210 FM) meanwhile can you hear the strange story of the married man who made the mistake of wearing a woman's outfit one day 'for fun' and wound up having the greatest sex he had ever had with his wife who presumably was turned on by the whole thing. Things did not end there- wifey has been hinting in a not-so-subtle manner that she would like the man of the house to wear feminine clothes on a more regular basis and has been doing things like buying him distinctly feminine clothes. Poor guy will never hear the end of it. He called in sounding so miserable asking how he was going to get out of being wifey's bitch so to speak.
